A proprietary blend is a legal way of listing ingredients without saying how much of each is in there. It is almost always used to hide that the impressive-sounding ones are present in trace amounts. Someone other than the manufacturer checked

Third-party testing means an independent lab verified that the contents match the label and that contaminants are within limits. The form matters more than the milligrams

A dose on a label is what went into the capsule, not what reaches your bloodstream.
