MUTO Better Baseline Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The MUTO Better Baseline Giveaway (the "Prize Draw") is promoted by:

2. Promotion Period

The Prize Draw runs on a quarterly basis throughout the calendar year.

Each Promotion Period begins at 12:00:01am (GMT/BST) on the first day of each calendar quarter and closes at 11:59:59pm (GMT/BST) on the final day of that quarter.

Each quarter is treated as a separate Prize Draw. Entries do not roll over into future Promotion Periods.

3. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Employees, directors, contractors, agents and immediate family members of MUTO Longevity Limited, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw, are not eligible to enter.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted during each Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Participants may enter via one of the following methods:

Option 1 – Automatic Subscriber Entry

Customers with an active MUTO subscription during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into that quarter's Prize Draw.

No further action is required.

An active subscription is defined as a recurring subscription to an eligible MUTO product that remains active and in good standing throughout the relevant Promotion Period.

Option 2 – Free Online Entry

Individuals who do not hold an active MUTO subscription may enter by completing the official online entry form at:

Entrants must provide:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Country of residence
  • Confirmation they are aged 18 years or over
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

Only one entry per person is permitted per Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.

Duplicate, automated, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

Each quarter, one (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Ōura Ring 5

The winner may choose their preferred ring size and available colour, subject to availability.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, MUTO reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the Promotion Period ending.

The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their entry.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, MUTO reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

If selected as the winner, MUTO may request permission to publish the winner's first name, county and photographs or videos relating to receipt of the prize across MUTO's website, email communications and social media channels.

Participation in publicity is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of accepting the prize.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with MUTO's Privacy Policy.

Information will only be used for administering the Prize Draw unless you have separately consented to receive marketing communications from MUTO.

9. General Conditions

MUTO reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

Any attempt to manipulate the Prize Draw, submit fraudulent information or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification.

If, for any reason, the Prize Draw cannot be operated as planned due to technical failures, fraud, unauthorised intervention or circumstances beyond MUTO's reasonable control, MUTO reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Prize Draw where reasonably necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUTO Longevity Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance and use of the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

11. Winner Information

The winner's first name and county may be made available in accordance with applicable UK law.

Requests for winner information should be submitted within 30 days of the winner being notified.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Right to Amend

MUTO reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or withdraw the Prize Draw where reasonably necessary or required by law.
